Navy Blue sleeveless dress with navy rectangle cut-out at bottom border. Bottom border has nude lining, back of dress has exposed zipper and repeat of cut-out but NOT lined here. Dress is light-weight, material 65% Polyester, 30% Rayon, and 5% Spandex. Wears well for work with heels, necklace, and jacket or cardigan sweater. Packs well for travel with few wrinkles.
