kbennett1ep @christinarmcl Sorry for the delay! Not sure how far down from shoulder to measure for bust, but on me, where bust would be it's 19.5 " across laying flat and 25.5" at hip level. It's a swing style dress with lots of fabric. The fabric is a very lightweight knit. Not heavy like a t-shirt. It's not silky. Fabric content is shown on one of my pictures. Very stretchy fabric.
