Tag is missing. It is a size 20. Measures flat 21in armpit to armpit. 42in from back of neck to hem. 21in at waste. Black and white Polka dots. Has elastic-like rauching around breast area for boost. I believe it's 100% polyester. Super soft and lightweight, flows nicely
