Dress

Bill levkoff dress. Red. Has teeny holes/snags along the hemline at the bottom from wearing it with heels & not being tall enough. Not really noticeable when it’s on. If you are short might need to get it tailored so you would be able to take that off anyways. Don’t have the tag anymore/ the size tag isn’t inside the the dress (designer name is listed in the hanger straps). But, it would fit a 4 or a 2 if u have a fuller chest. You can see what the little holes look like in last photo.
