Dress

Flowy, multi-layered dress. Cold shoulder sleeves. The inside has shorts with the same pattern that covers you when the front of dress flows out while walking. Size is 17 juniors but fits as a 16 women’s (my best guess). Bought brand new from Kohl’s and never ended up wearing it so it’s still like brand new.
