Someone gave me this dress, I don’t quite understand it. It’s completely open and I guess you close it by the tie. Not really my style. Has a hole in the side, fixable if your crafty. Just looking to give this girl a home, instead of sitting in my closet. Send an offer if you like it Tag says XS but the price tag says medium.. so I’m not sure the size
