Dress

Blue dress with white polka dot type design, but not the typical all circle polka dot shape. This dress has the around 1 inch ruffled straps and is above the knee length by a little bit. The dress has a very pretty v-neck lining, but doesn't go too far down. I would say this dress is about "Midi" length on me and I am 5'8.
