Dress

Navy multicolored dress that has belt and ties at the waist. Has pockets and a short skirt lining inside. It zips up the back and buttons at the neck. From shoulder to hem is about 57 1/2 inches. I bought it from the boutique with the brooch attached but it look like they may have put it on.
