Dress

This dress is a Papa Brand. The front of the dress is Black and White with the flowers being very light blue. The back and sleeves are solid Black. It has a tie string in the front with two wooden beads on the end. The sleeves measure 18" from shoulder to end and end of sleeve is 7 1/2 " in width. 12" underarm to bottom of sleeve. Shoulder to shoulder 15". Neck is 10" across and 6" from top to bottom. This dress flares out and is 31" to longest part in front and 16 " to shortest part.
