Aqua/black patterned halter neck summer dress. Halter ties at the neck, with a sweatheart neckline and a material twist for breast division. The skirt has a small flare at the bottom. It was an independent designer and I don't know the size, but I am a 2 and it fits me normally. Definitely a cruise or Bahamas dress.
