Dress

Comfy, & breezy, summer dress or even swimsuit cover up. I bought this for myself, came home, cut the tags off & the inside hanger straps, tried it on & was baffled that it was too narrow in the back for me to get on. It still stumps me. It hasn’t been worn, just laying in my closet. The shoulder straps are adjustable. It has a tiny print on the light blue fabric. More of an empire waist. The last tier is different than the top 2. It looks more like a Lacey-type fabric. I wish it fit, I’d keep it.
