Dress

SIZE:XL. I never wore it. I took the tag off thinking I was going to wear it the day i wanted to wear it but it was to cold that day. Now It doesn't fit me. it's a light/ baby blue dress. the length of the skirt portion goes down to the mid thigh, and a bit higher. it has riffles. It's stretchy on the back. The bow can't be untied. the sleeves are nice and loose, which I like because it hid my arm fat.
