A sleeveless dress for special occasions. The top is navy jersey. The bottom is floral stripe burnout over dark navy satin lining There are two linings on bottom. The tie belt is navy blue. The neck line is u shaped but the back is v shaped and there is a zipper. It is a lovely dress and has never been worn. It is a dark navy. It is A-line.
