Dress Barn silky Soft Dress!

Silly soft (100% polyester) dress! Adjustable straps and a stretch high waist band. Has small padding in the chest. Picture shown of the very very small snag, unnoticeable unless really looking. Otherwise no stains or marks or anything. PERFECT for spring and summer. Super comfortable dress! From top of shoulder measurement length is about 37in in front and about 39.5/40in in back. And upper waist measures about 15.5 not stretched.
