Dress Drop Waist Layered Size 16 Seafoam Rhinestones Vintage RISA ANN

Vintage from the 1980s - RISA ANN NY - Size is marked 16 1/2. Wonderful front faux wrap layered ruffled drapey drop waist dress with micro pleated skirt. Center of both sides of the front "wrap", is held together by a large rhinestone metallic clasp. A bit of puffy sleeve at the top, very 80s, yet understated.
