Dress Express layered skirt Sailor midi dress

Vintage Dress Express 60% cotton and 40% polyester Midi dress. Solid blue body with larger cap sleeves. Functional five button front that leads to a low ruffled two tiered layered skirt. Wide white collar that does move, is attached at the top to the dress. Modest neckline. Darts in front and back for a fitted bodice. This mimics a sailors outfit, fitted yet comfortable. Padded shoulders that can easily be removed. Slight discoloration at top of right shoulder and bottom of right sleeve. Collar is slightly discolored from storage, should come out in the wash, otherwise good condition. should be able to have dyed but only slightly noticeable.
