Beautiful functional dress with straps from JC Penny. I wore it once to a spring wedding with a light sweater. Can be worn year round by adding a sweater or blazer. I bought it for summer to wear out at night instead of the usual shorts and top I usually wear. Can be dressed up or down for a casual day out. I’m 5ft and the dress goes just above my knee. Has a very nice inside lining in the top that allowed be to go without a bra 😁
