Dress Junior Party, feminine Small

Double Zero, probably more like X-small or maybe even junior size. 13 inch waist with about 2" stretch gold shiny waistband. About 29 1/2" long. Has 5 flouncy pretty layers below waistband. Top is like a soft knit material. About 11 1/2" from shoulder to top of waistband. PTP about 14" again with about 2" stretch. Pink flowers with white polka dots. Very cute dress in good condition. Minor flaws on waistband and a few minor threads to cut due to delicate skirt layers. No rips or tears. Bottom has silky lining.
