Dress; KTOO; Scoop Neck; Low Scoop Back; Punks & Browns;

This cute & funky dress by KTOO features a beautiful pattern in shades of pink & brown. It has a scoop neck and a low, scooping back. This is pre-owned & I was told it was a medium. I cannot find the tag, measurements included in the photos. It just didn’t look right on me, but I’ve had many, many surgeries on my torso, so not many things do. It’s in really good condition!
