MSK women's dress a brand from high end department stores. Dark blue with soft lime green polka dots all over. Very sheer spring-summer dress with lining throughout the body. The sleeves are sheer.On the left sleeve at the button there is a tiny frayed area. You have to look closely at the picture. As shown it has a same material belt with it. The measurements of the front v-cut is 6" down to the buttons. It also has a round neck that is hard to see. Very appropriate for church, wedding or a Sunday brunch. VERY EUROPEAN
