NWT Sequin Hearts Formal with a high/low hem in a size 1. Elastic band around the back and rubber strip around the front to hold it in place. Pleat detail across the front on top. Very pretty pleat detail that is sort of a faux wrap on the skirt portion but it was very hard to get in the pic. Hand wash. Approx 3” deep v in front, 6“ long from bottom of v to waist, 16” from the waist to hem, 30“ down the back middle, 14“ across at armpits, 12.25 across the waist, 12” across the back at the top.
