Dress: Short Sleeved Blue and White

A simple dress that has the coolest design element around the sleeves. (See photo) notice under my arm. You can see the way to sleeve is made. It’s short sleeved and comfortable. Pair this with an elastic belt to tighten it up a bit at the waist and it looks like a different dress. It shortens the length and becomes more fitted at the waist. It’s an amazing dress for warm days because it a light cotton blend. Buy also great for the fall if you throw a loose fitting sweater over it.
