css444 Hi! The top part is rayon and spandex ( and has built in bra). The skirt part of the dress is sheer with a black liner underneath. It's a very pretty dress, like new condition. Says to hand wash but I dry cleaned it. It's priced to sell and I know you will love it! Let me know if there's anything else you want to know! Jenn
