Dress Tells Cocktail Dress

Burgundy, fully lined, empire waist cocktail dress. Dress has 3/4 soft, stretchy lace sleeves and, best of all, pockets! Bought to wear to my son's afternoon wedding but they changed it to an evening wedding that was more formal so had to go with another dress. Never worn other than to try on, from a smoke free, pet free home.
