Dress The Population Blair Emerald Green Embellished Midi Dress Size Small

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thesecretrack. It is the loveliest dress and the emerald is a beautiful shade (and hard to find!) but I found that the "small" was a bit snug on me. I'm 5'3" and 117 lb. and was not able to zip the dress all the way up...just a bit too tight around the rib cage. I found out afterward that many people say to size up in this brand, and for me, I found that to be true. See photos for measurements and details and let me know if you have any questions!
