Super cute wear anywhere fit and flare dress with in seam pockets. The fabric is a slightly stretchy crepe that hangs beautifully. I purchased this dress and it didn’t smell good so I cleaned it. It was too tight in the bodice for me so it has never been worn. I removed the tags for cleaning, no flaws. I would call it new without tags but it was cleaned.
