Dress The Population Diana Gown

Dress the Population cold shoulder gown. The top is a beautiful, flowy chiffon; the bottom is flattering and form fitting, but forgiving so fits sizes from 12-16. I'm 5'7 and wore it with 4in heels and it was perfect length. There is a minor tear at the top of the slit. Open to all offers, this is great for a prom, formal wedding or event!
