Reposhing this item I purchased from @enjoyingthehunt. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Originally a size M, I had it altered to fit a size L. The seamstress added stretchy black panels to the bodice. The Tuuli features a flattering criss cross neckline, with rouched waist detailing and full pleated skirt.
