This is a brand new never worn dress in a size XS. The brand is Dress The Population. Bought for a pageant interview dress and ended up wearing a different dress. Can no longer return so our loss of your gain! We love this dress but there is no need for it at this time. Still has the Neiman Marcus tags attached as you can see in the pictures.
