Dress I’m 5’3 and the length is at my knees The Collection Royal MADE IN NEPAL size: XXL Condition: EXCELLENT This dress you could belt or wear as is. Would go well with a pair of Doc Martens, fishnet tights! The tag says XXL BUT! I think small to XL could really work this piece.
