Dress To Kill sleeveless tunic. OSFA

Dress to Kill tunic, perfect for summer, says it’s OSFA but I think it will fit a M/L best. The armholes were a little tight for me and I typically wear a L. I hate to give it up but it’s sat in my closet for a couple of years. Needs to go to someone who will wear this with a flair!!
