V neck black & white dress . Short sleeves with pleats and a cuff band . Pleated on white top of dress. Skirt of dress is a black. 70% cotton, 30% terylene . Machine wash. Side invisible zipper. Top is lined with a polyester. Underarm to underarm is 19”,. Waist 17”, hips 21”, length 39”, shoulders 153/4”,will be above knees . Color on top looks like a off white .
