Dress- Webster Miami Collection from Target

This is a Target dress from The Webster collection. It has a retro feel to it and looks amazing. I have worn it several times and it shows very little signs of wear. There is a tiny speck on the left sleeve- I’m not sure if it is a spot or a pull but it is so small it didn’t bother me. There is a tiny hole from the safety pin I used to bring the neck line up a bit so I could wear it for work.
