Dress barn black shrug open front cardigan size 18W

I didn't wanna pull on it too much but it does have a area where the stitching came off a little bit in a tiny area behind the neck I have pointed it out in the pictures measurements are shoulder down about 17 inches and armpit to armpit is about 23 inches.
