Dress by Cassee’s size small cream with red accents

Super cute 100% cotton dress by Cassee’s. Dress is cream with red vases and flowers along with red accents. The shoulder straps are adjustable and the sashes around waist can be tied in a bow. The dress is 26 inches from top of red stash to bottom of skirt and has an inner lining. Care instructions are to hand wash and line dry.
