Dress by Marina Couture (NWT)

This is a perfect dress for a gala, wedding, or party. Gorgeous embroidery layered on top of royal blue. Halter style top with built-in bra, key-hole neckline, full skirt, and ribbon belt. I bought this for a gala, but unfortunately the style didn't look right on me. Length is 41". Happy to provide other measurements, if needed.
