Dress cape

NWOT CAPE I would describe it as a cape something you would wear over a dress or pants suit or anything or something to wear over something in cooler weather or just to take off and reveal what ur wearing underneath it's very high-end it's never been worn, and it's fully lined it looks like a white cream color to me it's made by lavish Alice. it's made of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. never worn
