Dress / cover up by Green Envelope Womens Medium White Tie Strap Textured Ruffle

Reposhing this item I purchased from @letmelist_it. Loved it, but unfortunately too small for me. I did remove the tags once I got it but I never wore it. So, still new but without the tags shown in the photos. Dress has a drop waist and really cute tie shoulders. The material is textured, stretchy. White, Green Envelope brand. About 35” long from top of strap to bottom of hem but is slightly adjustable if you tighten or loosen the straps.
