Dress from Closet London, size US 12 has pockets, stretchy soft and pretty!

I wore this to a wedding and it’s been in the closet since. Opaque, soft stretchy material in a figure-flattering cut. The cap sleeves are cute, there are fabric ties that can go in your front or back. 2 pockets, zipper up the back. The colors are a highlighter-bright yellow, white, two tones of blue and two tones of pink. 19.5” wide at the hem, 37” long top to bottom, 17” at waist, I am 36D and in this picture probably closer to a size 14. Unlined and well-stitched.
