Dress from SMACK boutique

This tan dress is very unique with fringes that do not loosely hang but they are attached to the actual dress itself. On the neck part there is a bow that does have to be tied in order for the dress to hang correctly and it is sleeveless. There is a little tear under the arm, but nothing that can't be easily fixed. Besides that it is still in great condition and only worn one time.
