Dress jacket - black with ruffle detail in back by Betsey Johnson.

This jacket is black satiny materiall with dark blue/gray velvet detail at the lapel, buttons and pocketsts. The pockets are still sewn shut. The back of these jacket has a beautifully design that starts with a velvet bow at the waistline with ruffles underneath and extending to bottom of jacket. The ruffles alternate see through black crepe, dark blue/gray velvet, and black satin. It’s a size 4. It measures 37 inches from top to bottom, about 29 inches at the waistline.
