Dress jacket with silk trim

This jacket is one of my favorites & was purchased with silk maxi Skirt. When taken to cleaners it came back with the mark shown on the collar. I was devastated & rushed back but they said they didn't do it, rather it had been brought it in that way. I haven't a clue what happened. So I'm selling it thinking some seamstress may be able to make a new collar or perhaps it could be used for a costume or dress-up party. So sad. It goes with the skirt of same material shown separate.
