Black and cream shirt dress or tunic top -can be belted and worn alone or over leggings ! Pit to pit measures 18”. Shoulder seam to hem measures 34”. Purchased at a local boutique - only worn twice . Super cute - but I gotta downsize my closet ! Belt shown will also be listed in my closet .
