webs_dictionary @elle_fillafer hello! Hope you are having a wonderful Thursday! This item is a medium, but as a large myself I can fit into this with no spanx, though it will be a little snug. If I were to compare to other pant size I would say 6 to 8 and 28 to 29. Hope that helps! Let me know if you need anything else! :)
