Dress - size small, with pockets!

Size small Dress has a high neckline with a top that is closely spaced narrow pleats, which create a really lovely texture to the upper part of the dress. The waist line is highlighted by a belt in the same material as the dress that can be tied in a bow in front or in back of the dress. Skirt hangs relatively straight and hits just above mid thigh (Im5’8”) Favorite of mine but it no longer fits. I always get compliments on it. Can be dressed up or down Has pockets!
