Dress the Population mini dress is size XS. Very fitted. Black velour is adorned with black and charcoal colored sequins, both shiny and matte. A sheer black panel was added to the deep v-neck for modesty and has a few loose threads on the top of the left side and is pictured. Only worn once! Please see photos for details and measurements.
