Never worn fit and flare red cocktail dress from Dress the Population in a size small (US 2). The lightweight chiffon fabric has s a deep red color ("Garnet") and the dress features a v-neck, cap sleeves, and a hidden back zipper closure. Hits just below the knee, depending on height. *While I took the tags off, this dress was truly never worn and is in good as new condition.
