Gorgeous Dress the Population dress in navy blue, size small. The straps have bows that can be tied to tighten or loosen the straps. This dress was tailored to hit the knees at 5’4’’. This dress has only been worn once and is in like new condition. Love this dress, but no longer fits me. Dress length (top of strap to bottom) is 37.5 inches Chest (armpit to armpit) is 17 inches and waist is 13 inches across
