Dress the population formal gown

Reposhing this item I purchased from @bsojka. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. See the dress on me in the second photo. I had this dress hemmed to fit me (5 feet tall with 3 inch heels on) I also had bra pads sewn in so that I wouldn’t need to wear a bra. I’m a 34a bust but I think bra pads can support much larger busts, too. Questions? Leave a comment below!
