Dress top Susan Graver. Nice on its own or under blazer or sweater!

Nice functional Susan Graver long sleeve dressy top with v-neck. Worn mostly under blazer or cardigans for work. There is a small mark on the sleeve see pic. I did not try to get it out so I don’t know if it will come out- easily hidden if you roll up or cuff the sleeve or it might come out.
